We are a family run business based in beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, but originally come from England where our love of the cornish pasty began.

Feeling deprived and inspired by all the pasties we ate in Cornwall, we decided to try and bake our own. After lots of trial and error, we eventually came up with a selection of pasties, that we consider among the best we have ever eaten.

All our pasties are handmade & handcrimped, with love and attention to detail, using only the finest , natural ingredients, that are locally sourced, here, in Nova Scotia. They are a complete "satisfying & nutritious" meal in themselves and have no preservatives or additives.

We are not interested in creating "ok" or "good" cornish pasties, we want our cornish pasties to be the very best. so people come back, again and again, for more.
